「虫愛づる姫君」の少女は、昆虫に生きもの本来の姿を見出しました。時間をかけて対象をよく見つめ、本質に気づき、愛づるという体験は、他のあらゆる命への想像力につながります。そうした観点から翻って、人間の本来の姿とはどういうものだろうか、私たちが生きている現代の世の中はどのように見えるだろうか、また、すべての命が同等に思えるシチュエーションはどのようなものかについて考えた作品です。
The girl of "Princess who loves insects" found natural appearance of living creature into insects. Take time to look closely at an object, and we notice its high abilities and beauty, which makes us imagine the life of all living creatures. From that perspective, I considered what human nature should be, what the modern society would look like, and the situation in which all lives seem “equal”.
